This guide will talk you through the different ways you can export your data to retain or send elsewhere.

Email Reports

Available to all plans.

Within any report, you have the ability to set up an email report on a frequency basis (one-off, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly).

This can be really helpful is you have limited time to log into the portal and look for the data each day and will send you the data on a schedule you set & allows you to set up the email reports to go to yourself and or any other emails that may require the data even if they do not have direct access to the Mediahawk portal.

Please see our guides on How to create Email Reports and Manage your custom Email Reports

Export reports

Available to all plans. Within any report, you have the ability to export the data you are viewing as a CVS or as a PDF. All you need to do if click on the three orange lines in the top right corner (the hamburger icon) and select Export as CSV or Export as PDF. This will then download the data in the relevant format for you to retain.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

You require our Professional or Enterprise plan to access this feature.

Within the Admin section you can set up an FTP export to be sent to you on a frequency basis (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc).

This is for future data rather than historic data.

This is similar to the above but allows you to select custom fields you would want to see in 1 export.

Please see our guides FTP Export

API (application programming interface)

You require our Professional or Enterprise plan to access this feature & is a chargeable feature.

There are many uses of the API and one feature is that you can automate the data being send from Mediahawk to elsewhere such as your CRM.

Please see our guide on Rest API Documentation
