The below example will show you how to set up an IVR for in office hours on weekdays and then have the out of office hours and weekend routing go to a single line routing.
In this scenario, the office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am -5pm:
Log into Mediahawk
Select the account in question: it must be a single account, not a group account
Access the Connect Menu
Click Admin then select Call Routing
This will display a table of all inbound static numbers as well as your dynamic pools
Click the number or pool needed in orange from the list then click Advanced
We will then click the + icon next to Service plan to add a new service plan
You then have 4 options to select from:
All the same:
If you click all the same, this will route the the destination for the whole week.
When you add a service plan you should see this screen:
To add lines for the days / hours, click the + icon and you can then input the day and times for the routing needed.
* The time of day must run (chronologically) from Monday to Sunday and must continue without missing any minutes *
Once you are happy with the routing, click save.
If there is a gap in the routing, you should be given a notification on how to correct the routing so this can the can be saved.
Once saved, then click connect and you should see a Success! The numbers will be provisioned shortly message.
