This article describes how to access call recordings and explains how to listen to the calls, save audio files and locate certain calls.





Log into Mediahawk Platform

Select a date range on the top right hand side

You can type the date in the box or use the calendar to make your selection.

Click Apply to generate the new report for your selected date range.


For Inbound static numbers

On the left-hand side, select Static

Under Specify how you would like to view a report: choose Call then click Go

You will now see all the calls which came in to your numbers currently in campaigns.

For Outbound static numbers

On the left-hand side, select Outbound

Under Specify how you would like to view a report: choose Call then click Go

You will now see all the calls which were made using your outbound numbers currently assigned to outbound campaigns.

For Dynamic

On the left hand side, select Dynamic 

Under Specify how you would like to view a report: select the website/campaign from the drop down then Call and click Go

To listen to the call

Click on the Play button 

 

To save the audio file

The recordings are kept for 30 days in the user interface, however you can save them to your local PC to keep them for as long as you wish.

Click the Download button

In Internet Explorer click Save/Save As and select the folder/location where to save the file

In Google Chrome, access your recordings by clicking the downloaded file at the bottom of the browser or from your Downloads folder on your computer.


To locate certain calls

You may wish to find calls received from (Inbound) or made to (Outbound) a particular customer’s phone number. To do so, click on the relevant product (Static, Outbound or Dynamic)

A) For Dynamic: click Dynamic

Select the campaign from the drop down then select Call

Click Go

On the right-hand side, click the Search icon

Under the CLI column, in the search box, type the phone number of the customer you are looking for.

Press Enter with your keyboard.

B) For inbound Static: click Static 

Select Call

Click Go

On the right-hand side, click the Search icon

Under the Caller ID column, in the search box, type the phone number of the customer you are looking for.

Press Enter with your keyboard.

You will now only see the calls made by this customer.

C) For outbound static: click Outbound 

Select Call

Click Go

On the right-hand side, click the Search icon  

Under the Destination column, in the search box, type the phone number of the customer you are looking for.

Press Enter with your keyboard.

You will now only see the calls made to this customer.
