Only a user with Account Owner level permission can amend the CLI (Caller Line Identity) that is presented to a customer.

If you do not have access to the Outbound section, please contact the Client Services Team at Mediahawk.

To manage the CLI presented to customer on your account, you will need to go to Admin> Manage Outbound>Manage CLIs

You will be required to accept the terms and conditions for this service on each account you wish manage CLI's on.

You will now be able to change the CLI (Caller Line Identity) that will be displayed to your customer when you call them.

As per the agreed Terms and Conditions, the number assigned must be an active number and allow the customer to return the call to the company originating the call. Why not assign a Mediahawk number to monitor the calls being returned.

There are three options how to configure the number a customer will see:

1) Global CLI - this will show a single CLI to all your customers, regardless of the agent who makes the call. Simply enter the number you would like to diplay in the Global CLI.

2) Agent Assigned CLI - this will show the customer a CLI that has been set per agent, this can be a unique number such as a regional office number. If no number is set against an agent and you have assigned a Global CLI, then we will display the Global CLI to your customer.

3) Agent Set CLI - within the Outbound Dialer Setup, the agent enters their own number that we dial to initiate the call. If there is no Global CLI or Agent assigned CLI set, we will show the agents number to the customer - Instructions can be found HERE for this setup

Each Agent (User) that requires access to the Outbound services will need it applying on their User account - Access your users HERE and Instructions are HERE
