The Dealerweb integration allows you to send your Dealerweb Lead source through a secure FTP straight form the Dealer platform to Mediahawk. 

The FTP export is generated through your Dealerweb account manager. You will need to provide them the FTP options detailed below for them to set this up.

Set up and creating credentials within Mediahawk.

Navigate to the Admin Section within reports.

Click Configure on the Dealerweb integration icon

You will need to pass your host, username, and password on to Dealerweb for them to be able to start sending Mediahawk your data.

Category select 

If you use Mediahawk to categories your calls through our speech analytics or via our advanced call handling products, can can select which categories are used within the Dealerweb matching. 

Whitelist Numbers

This is a list of all the numbers which will not appear in the exceptions reports for three months. 

Lead matches in the last 12 months. 

Here you will able to see by month how many leads were matched the first time that month’s file was loaded and how many matches were made in the subsequent files within 30 days of that month’s data first being loaded.
