When you have a Mediahawk standard IVR set up on one or more of your numbers or pools, you can report on the options selected within the portal. 


There are a few ways to see this data. One way would be to go to Reports > Scoring by category

This will give you a high level overview of all of your categories and how many calls have been made to each one: 

You will also see Unallocated which would be where no option was selected, possibly the caller hung up during the IVR.


Please note there may be other categories in here that were historically set up. 

You can manage your categories by going to Admin > Call Scoring > Categories. 


Another way you can see the data is within the calls report for a more details overview. Go to Reports > Calls

Then click the "hamburger" icon in the top right corner and select Secondary Dimensions

Then from the Dimension drop down, select Categories

This will then add in a new column to the report  and you can toggle this by clicking on the column as well to see the data in an  A-Z or Z-A format.
