You may amend, pause or delete custom email reports you have created.


To amend your automated email reports such as the recipients, the frequency or the format of the file sent

1. Log into Mediahawk

2. Click My Account on the left pane

3. Click Email Reports

4. Select the report you wish to edit by clicking on the blue hyperlink

5. Within the Report settings window, make the necessary changes and click Update to save the changes


Please note that if you want to amend the contents of the report itself, you would need to create a new email report from the Reports section.


To pause a report

1. Log into Mediahawk

2. Click My Account on the left pane

3. Click Email Reports

4. Select the report you wish to edit by clicking on the blue hyperlink

5. Under Status, select Ceased and click Update to save the changes

Once you are ready to receive the report again, follow the same instruction but set to Active


To delete a report

1. Log into Mediahawk

2. Click My Account on the left pane

3. Click Email Reports

4. Select the report you wish to edit by clicking on the blue hyperlink

5. Click Delete

6. Click Confirm to delete the report
