Overview

This article explains what to do if you have forgotten your password or if you need to reset it.

Mediahawk passwords expire every 90 days.

NB: You must have a username prior to logging in to Mediahawk.

Request a password reset email

Go to https://www.reports.mediahawk.co.uk/login

Click Forgot your password?


In the following page, enter the registered email address and click Send



If you do have a registered email address, the system will send an automated email from notifications@mediahawk.co.uk


If your email address is not registered, you will receive the following message

Please send an email from a professional email address to clientservices@mediahawk.co.uk and specify which account you require a login for. 

Please note Mediahawk may need to seek authorisation from the account holder.



Reset your password

Please check your inbox (including junk/Spam folder) for the email “Mediahawk Call Tracking - Password Reset Request”

This email will contain your username(s) and the reset password link.


Select the appropriate username to reset and click the word “here”

This will open the following page on your browser


Follow the onscreen instructions to create a new password

Click Save.


Sign in using your new password

The new password is created, and you can now login to the Mediahawk platform. You should obtain the login window below after clicking Save.


Follow the screen prompts. 

NB: if your browser has populated any of the fields, please overwrite them to have your username and your new password.

Enter your username as supplied in the email “Mediahawk Call Tracking - Password Reset Request”

Specify the newly created password and click Login
