To Create a New Dashboard


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click Add New Dashboard


 

You can choose from Global Templates, User templates (if available on your account) or select Blank


 

Mediahawk offers 3 Global templates with pre-loaded widgets as per below

PPC Performance: Keywords, Paid Ad Spend, Paid Ad Spend By Ad Group, Paid Search Performance - Calls

Operations: Missed Calls (All), Effective Vs Ineffective (All), Engaged Calls (All), Average Call Length, Call Volumes By Day (All), Average Ring Length

Behaviour: Total Visitors, In Visit / Post Visit, Visitor To Call Ratio, Assisted Calls, Average Number Of Visits Per Conversion, Average Time Between First Visit And Conversion

 

If your organisation has shared dashboards, you will see more templates under User Templates


 

Note: you may edit the Global and User templates (add/remove widgets) to suit what you would like to see.

 

To Create your Dashboard from Blank


When selecting a blank dashboard, you will need to add the widgets

Access the hamburger icon and select Edit Active dashboard

Click the Plus icon to add widgets

 

There are two types: Inbound (static and dynamic) and Outbound (static)

Each widget will provide a short explanation of the data they provide. 

 

 

For inbound widgets, you will see one of two icons against the widgets to specify whether the data is for:

  • dynamic only  
  • static only
  • both dynamic and static

 

Select one and you will be presented with the settings window where you can rename the widget title, set how you would like to view the data (Pie, Score, Line etc), set date range, filter on your products and/or campaigns and more

 

 

Click Save


To Share a Dashboard


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click on the dashboard you wish to share across your organization

Click the hamburger icon (three blue  lines) and select Edit Active dashboard

 

Click on the Share icon (curved arrow)

 

The Share template window will open, specify a description for this template and click Share.

 

 

Ask your colleague(s) to log into Mediahawk and to access Dashboard > Add New Dashboard and select User Templates

They will need to click on the dashboard you shared for it to show under the list of available dashboards under the name you specified for the dashboard itself (not the template name)


To Amend an Existing Dashboard


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click on the dashboard you want to amend

Click the hamburger icon (three blue lines) and select Edit Active dashboard

You can add widgets to the current dashboard by clicking on the Plus Icon from the dashboard icon

Or you can amend the widget itself by clicking on the available icons


       


Bin: remove this widget from the dashboard

Pencil: you can edit the widget settings such as its title, date range, campaigns etc

Cross: you can move the widget and place it somewhere else on the dashboard

Once finished, click Save from the widget setting window

Click the Tick icon at the top right to finish editing the active dashboard.  


 

To Email the Dashboard


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click on the dashboard you wish to email

Click the hamburger icon (three blue  lines) and select Email dashboard

Enter the required details such as recipient’s email(s), supply a subject

Click the drop-down to select a frequency if required, or leave it as One-off

Write a message if you wish

Set the Status to Active

Click Send



To Amend an Existing Dashboard email


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click on the dashboard you wish to amend

Click the hamburger icon (three blue  lines) and select Email dashboard

The existing dashboard email setup will appear. Make the necessary amendments (change of recipients, frequency etc) or to temporarily pause, scroll down and set the status to Ceased.

Click Save

 

To Delete a Dashboard


Log into Mediahawk

Click Dashboard on the left pane

Click on the dashboard you wish to amend

Click the hamburger icon (three blue  lines) and select Edit Active dashboard

Click on the Bin icon 


 

You will be asked to confirm you wish to delete the dashboard and all associated widgets

 

 

Click Confirm and the dashboard and all email settings will then be deleted.
