What types of conversions can I track?
You can track calls, form submissions, and live chat sessions—all in one place. This gives you a complete view of how prospects engage across channels.
Can I see what was entered in a form?
Yes. You can capture selected field values (like name, email, or opt in) to qualify leads and enrich your reporting.
How many conversions can I set up per Mediahawk account?
You can setup up to 20 Conversions per Mediahawk account, however Conversions can be deleted if they are no longer required.
What are “Key Conversions”?
Key Conversions are the most important actions for your business—such as demo requests or booking enquiries. You can flag these and filter reports to focus on what really matters.
Why isn't my form loading?
The setup only works with forms that exist natively on your website. If an iframe or gravity form is used, it may not work as it technically doesn't exist on the site.
Do I need to add extra code to my site?
No. Conversion Tracking works with your existing dynamic tracking setup, so you can enable it without adding new code or using Google Tag Manager.
Are there any limitations to what data I can capture?
Customers are responsible for making sure they don’t upload or process personal data in the Mediahawk platform, and that any data they do use has the right consent, as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement and Terms and Conditions (sections 4 and 5).
Where is the Calls report?
This report has been replaced by the Conversions report. It provides you with the same information that you had access to on the Calls report, with the addition of conversion data collated by form fills, chats or other conversion types.
Can I link conversions to revenue?
Mediahawk lets you link conversions to closed sales, so you can prove ROI and optimise spend.
Does it integrate with my marketing tools?
Yes. You can push conversion data into platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, and HubSpot for seamless reporting and attribution.
