Mediahawk's CareHQ integration sends call data for both Dynamic and Static calls directly into Trustedcares Pro Contact Centre, this then automatically updates CareHQ with the Mediahawk call Data.
What data does Mediahawk send to CareHQ
Mediahawk currently sends:
- The caller Number - CLI (e.g 0333 222 8333
- The destination we connect to (e.g 01908 251 101)
- Media Description - This is the name of the static number you have setup in Mediahawk (e.g PPC number)
- Call MHID - This is a unique Mediahawk call reference per call. This can be used for matching data back to the Mediahawk platform, for instance if you want to match Sales data
- Last Click Source - This is the Source Mediahawk had tracked before the call (e.g Google)
How do I setup the integration in Mediahawk
Login to the Mediahawk Platform https://www.reports.mediahawk.co.uk
Select Admin
If the integration is enabled on your account you will see the CareHQ setup.
If it isn't enabled, please select My subscription and enable it within the Upgrade Centre.
Click Connect
Then Click the + Icon to create a new setting.
You will then be presented with this screen.
We have created an example setup (Please ensure you input your own details)
CareHQ Endpoint URL - This is supplied by the team at CareHQ but is usually https://www.trustedcare.co.uk/webhooks/mediahawk
Notify on Failure - We will send an email to this address is there are any issues with sending the webhook, this can be multiple email addresses with a comma, separator.
Static, Destinations and Dynamic URL's - these allow you to choose which calls go across in the Integration
Once complete - click Save
