This is a useful tool as it allows you to see which advert is providing you with the initial call/enquiry.
This allows you the ability to track your sales made during a period of time, against the calls received on the Service Numbers (dynamic and static) to accurately match all adverts which influenced the sale.
You must be able to extract a Excel output from your own CRM system, the file extension can be csv or any valid Excel format.
The file must include at least one column containing telephone numbers.
If the telephone numbers in the file are from different countries, we would recommend to add all international dialling codes (including UK) in order to maximise matches.
The file you upload should not be password-protected.
