This is a useful tool as it allows you to see which advert is providing you with the initial call/enquiry.
This allows you the ability to track your sales made during a period of time, against the calls received on the Service Numbers to accurately match all adverts which influenced the sale.
You must be able to extract a CSV output from your own CRM system.
The file name must have no space in it.
The file must include at least one column containing telephone numbers.
The telephone numbers in the file must have the leading 0 or international dialing code and no space in the numbers for us to match.
How to use Track Sales

Click Admin then go to the Integrate > Track Sales.

Step 3. Map columns
Once the CSV has been uploaded, the Mediahawk platform will offer your headers as selections in the drop-down menus.
My CSV for this article contains the following headers
|Reference||Title||Surname||Postcode||Home Phone||Work Phone||Mobile||Time||Product||Price|
Match the column headers in your CSV to the appropriate fields.
The first columns to map relate to the phone number columns
Phone Number 1 to 3 to match your own data’s phone numbers.
The options in the drop-down after uploading my CSV are as below:
Please note that at least one phone number column must be identified, all the other columns are optional.
Time: select the corresponding column from your own CSV or leave blank if no time header.
If you tick “match on time” in step 2, you will need to map the time field in step 3.
Extra column 1 to 9: match this to your current headers if you would like to see this information
Once you have made your selection, click Analyse CSV.
When this is completed, your new CSV report will be available
In Internet Explorer, it will come at the bottom on the screen, like this. Choose Open or Save/Save As.
In Google Chrome, the report will be available in the download bar on the left-hand side, like so. Click on it for the file to open.
The information obtained in the CSV analysis is not stored in Mediahawk, it produces an output only, which you can save on your local disk.
